I used the cheap, lighted ear wax removers (less than $5) and the light is not bright enough. The Bionix is bright and I was able to see more deeper in the ear. Magnifying glass didn't really help me, but the different tip options (7) was great.

Removed a huge ball of earwax from my daughters ear, very happy (and satisfying, lol). I used the cheap, lighted ear wax removers (less than $5) and the light is not bright enough. The Bionix is bright and I was able to see more deeper in the ear. Magnifying glass didn't really help me, but the different tip options (7) was great.

I love this kit. I’m a nurse practitioner, and I use these curettes almost every day to remove cerumen from patients’ ears. Love that this kit has a variety of different curette tips.
