Women's Matrix Outfit Cosplay Faux Leather Halloween Party Costume

Ordered an XL. the size chart says 16/18 with a bust 41.5-43 inches. NOT even remotely close to the correct size. My bust is 42 and i couldnt' get it within 4 inches closed. More like a size 12 at best. Maybe less.
