I have rather bad neck pain. Does this brace help with decompression? Or does it not really give the neck a strech?

May have been okay if not for the fact that it was way too big even at smallest adjustment. This is adjustable but labeled as “large”. Would really help to put this in the description

sie funktioniert .. ich habe am morgen überwiegend nacken oder kopfschmerzen .. seit ich mot der bandage schlafe sind die weg .. auf der seite schlafen geht auch ganz gut wenn man die bandage dann etwas lockerer trägt .. sie drückt sonst am hals unangenehm
