Q: will this work on an anycubic mega x?

Yes it well most anycubic parts interchangeable

Q: Do you have it for right side? is for my Prusa Mini, regards.

They only have left side version.

Q: Will this fit a Mega Zero 2.0 without any adjustments?

It won't without modifications. The brackets that hold each extruder are in different locations. You should check with Anycubic for a replacement that fits.

Q: will this fit the mega pro?

We have mega pro. It does work functionally with the pro. However it has a straight metal piece to attach so it only attaches by one screw. Will not fully attach.
