predictably sturdy and tasty
I've purchased and used Garofalo pasta of different shapes and sizes over the past 4-5 years. They've offered shapes and sizes that aren't always available in the local retail stores where I shop, which is why I tend to buy them online. Initially, I was skeptical about buying these on live because I presumed that they would arrive crushed or broken, but much to my surprise, that has not been the case. When cooking, they are sturdy, fresh, and tasty.

Wonderful pasta but pricey. Some varieties much cheaper than others. I’ve donated all our Barilla and only have a couple of DeCecco still in the pantry.
