Works brilliantly – spray it on and thick ice melts away in seconds.Smells like cherry instead of the usual harsh chemical pong (didn’t realise it would be scented, but it’s actually really pleasant).Tried it as a preventative a couple of nights but we haven’t had proper ice yet, so still waiting to test that properly.Quick tip: Keep it somewhere warmer than a cold car, it'll work better.Great stuff, probably going to buy another bottle. This product has come in very useful for unfreezing various locks and devices when the outside temperature gt too cold. I keep a bottle by my side throughout the winter.

I stumbled across this product and decided to give it a try. The nozzle needs to be improved to provide a stronger jet action to cope with a slight breeze that can all too easily blow the spray away from where it’s directed. Other than that, the size is good, the shape of the pump spray is easier to operate compared to a small nozzle spray (like those found on car paint spray cans which can have a habit of clogging) and the effectiveness of the product is helpful in clearing ice and preventing it from sticking rigidly to the windscreen, in a way that we’re all familiar with that means backbreaking scraping that can make us late for an appointment. It also doesn’t smell offensive or have an astringent quality that irritates skin when a sharp gust of wind sends it off course towards you instead of at the windscreen where it was directed to.

Best thing to use when there's ice on the car

My fiancé has been using this spray on his work breaks, so that when he leaves to go home after 3-4hrs, the car is ice-free, which is fantastic! The issue is that it doesn't work well overnight/for extended hours. We tested it twice using generous amounts, however, the ice was still there in the mornings. It's been between 5 and -3 degrees, so we were hoping it would work overnight. He's still recommended the product to family and friends to use a few hours before driving, though, as it is a good product, especially for those who end up having to de-ice their cars after work.

I love that this de-icer comes in a plastic bottle rather than a can as it’s much more friendly in very low temperatures. Also, you don’t need a lot and it does a great job.Great fragrance too, I will be buying again.

Been a fan of demon products for a while, but this thing is of such little use. It not only takes much longer than standard de-icer to melt ice, but it does not ‘prevent’ ice forming at all. I have tested this multiple times with very thorough applications. No difference. When desperate/running late I’ve had to pour practically a third of the bottle for a meaningful impact, even then it takes a minute or so.Do not waste your money or bother with this.

Brilliant product as you would expect from Demon, but that said it worked better and faster than I thought. And an added bonus it smells good.

Parfait en préventif, sur un seul essai à moins 7 degrés faute d'avoir d'autres gelées (et c'est pas plus mal 😁) Le givre ne tient pas sur le pare-brise et glisse en passant l'index dessus.

Dégèle parfaitement mais attention laisse un film gras sur les vitres donc pour le pare brise c'est ok car avec un jet de lave glace le film disparait.Je ne l'ai pas testé préventivement (comme renseigné par le produit) donc je ne peux pas dire si fonctionne ou pas, je resterai au prochain hiver.
