Works good but don’t last very long had it less than a year and it burned out

I run a café and we use this product to display and maintain safe food temperature. It's simple and attractive compared to other warmers we've used previously. We received it exactly as advertised, use it daily for long time periods, and have had no issues!

I gave it four stars because it is difficult to clean with the two small doors, maybe make one with one large door instead.

It was a perfect size for my coffee shop to keep my Empanadas with a perfect temperature.

The unit arrived very damaged during shipping. I contacted Koolmore requesting a parts list and assembly instructions so I know what I need WOW! What a surprise when I went to work today and saw the new unit. It seems to be in perfect condition and will test it over the weekend. I can now see why there were no assembly instructions and parts list, it came assembled! There is no way I could have figured out how to put that together. Anyway, sending this out in the middle of a snow storm really says something about the people at Koolmore. It is with great appreciation I write this note. And the display warmer works as advertised. The LED light is not bright enough to highlight the food, it should be warm white. and bad part is I couldn't find these light anywhere.
