Good supplement to help with lactation. I think it helps.

I cannot comment on if this product works because it is a herbal supplement without hard evidence that it supports lactation, which is what I bought it for. I can say, however, that I took it during a time when my milk supply was where I wanted it to be at and it did not affect my supply negatively. I didn't experience any adverse effects from taking it and the pills are easy to swallow. That is enough for me to consider this a good product.

I had used other goats rue supplements, so not sure why but this one made me incredibly sick. I thought I had eaten something bad. Started with stomach upset within 30 minutes of taking it, cramping, then after about an hour I threw up harder than I have in a long time, got severely dizzy, headache... Did not take them on an empty stomach but it took me about 8 hours to recover, and felt very drained. I didn't know the supplements were responsible. I took them a second time a few days later and had the same result.Be careful with these. They might make you very sick.

Used to help with breast milk production and noticed an increase in milk supply after just a few days.I haven't noticed a bad taste or had an upset stomach with the capsules. I have taken them on an empty stomach with no complaints.

My IBCLC recommended that I take goats rue, but only a specific brand that has liquid capsules. I took those for several months but was curious if this brand would work for less than half the price. I’m happy to report that I’ve not seen a decrease in my supply, so I’m already on my 3rd bottle of this brand.So in summary...it works and is a great value.

My wife loves that this goats rue works like goats rue should, she’s used the tincture from mother love and it just doesn’t work for her. But with this product she’s able to double almost triple her output. She didn’t take it for a week and her supply really took a hit. She takes 2 capsules 4 times a day and 6 times a day when stimulating more supply. (Power pumping)

I tried the Goat's Rue to increase breast milk supply at the advice of the labor and delivery Dr's. I gave it about 10 days with no increase. I added in Fenugreek and noticed a small increase. When my bottle of Goat's Rue ran out, I stopped taking it and didn't notice a drop either. This didn't seem to do anything for me.
