Camera mount broke off after warranty
I have to use an under the camera bracket that screws into the tripod socket of the camera and the other end onto the flash, side by side to make it work

Broken screw right out of the box. Put it on my tripod, it works fine.
I purchased this product to give me added light indoors. For the price, I didn't expect much. Straight out of the box, it didn't mount on the camera, as the screw is broken and it wouldn't stand up straight. I took it apart, and I mounted it onto my tripod. It works just fine on my own tripod, so I decided to keep it. It feels cheap, but like I said, it works. The dimmer switch is a nice feature. It is very expensive for quality you get.

Not bright enough
This is not bright enough for me. And while the various attachments are useful, it's a bit cumbersome as it touches my view finder. Would have loved to see that it fits the multi-interface shoe.Thanks,Kathleen
