As with many comforters, it would be nicer if it was about 8-10" wider to allow for a fuller coverage on the sides (our mattress is fairly thick). The batting in the larger sections also matted up over time. I read reviews before I purchased so I wasn't expecting a different quality comforter. I bought this comforter for the color and am not disappointed. I think the pillows add a lot to the way it looks on the bed. It's on a guest bed that does not get a lot of use. The bad is....the material wrinkles and the batting will more than likely not hold up over time. This is not the quality of a more expensive bedspread. If and when this one is no longer usable I will try to buy it again.. It comes with a bed skirt, 2 shams, 2 square pillows and a small pillow.
