Works miraculously
I've been taken this for two years. I got my newest report today, and it's perfect. I have to write this review to thank this supplements. I am so grateful! For those who get constipation from any iron supplements, I took magnesium along with iron supplements. It solved any constipation problems. No constipation in the past two years.

Wow all the reviews weee right this doesn’t give you any constipation or nausea or bloating, Nothing at all! I never knew an iron supplement existed like this. Highly recommend. It’s been only day 4 taking it but I will follow when I do blood work to share my results.

Easy on the stomach
Has helped a lot with my iron deficiency definitely feeling better. This one doesn’t upset my stomach. Works well and price is reasonable. However they do smell a bit. And need to be kept in the foil.

Don’t buy
My doctor recommended that I start taking a low dose iron supplement. He warned me iron supplements can cause stomach problems and constipation. I read this product didn’t cause stomach problems or constipation. This product causes the problems it said they don’t. I tried taking on an empty stomach, with food and after eating. Even different times of the day with no success. Amazon won’t allow a return or a refund. I did find a liquid iron supplement. No problems so far.
