Does anybody know how to keep the covers from melting so I can drive with the orange glow with the covers on for the street??

We do not recommend running these covers with halogen lights as the halogen lights get way too hot to run with covers on, Andrew but this can be done with LEDs.

How long can i run with the covers on my led lights?

Hello, With LED light you can run them with this cover on for about 10 minutes before the cover will start to damage

Do these fit on KC 644s?

As long as they are 6 inches in diameter.

Will these work on the KCL643 lights?

I’m not sure. I know the plastic ones I bought for my husband were 6” same as his lights and the plastic ones are to loose. Should of bought the cloth ones.
