Quality detector works well
Forensics was most helpful when our purchase got stuck in the swedish customs. New rules in Sweden states that the transporter must add VAT when the purchase is sent from country outside of EU. Forensics was so amiable as to pay the extra VAT because we had mistakenly thought parcel came from the UK.The detector itself seems small, robust and easy to use.

We purchased this S02 detector because within close range of an active lava flow in HAWAII... which is emitting tons of toxic S02 gases. This unit, detects lava emitted S02 gases while others do not. We had questions about calibrating the device and were relieved to know that it does come calibrated and should stay accurate for a period of 2 years. Was advised however that if pinpoint accuracy is necessary ( ie) used in a laboratory, calibration every 6 months would then be advised. Therefore, THIS unit, is perfect for our needs. We really appreciated the VERY PROMPT responses to our questions byvtge company representative.
