Q: Is this pure aspartame?

If you want the ones without aspartame then you want the ones in the green packets that are made from stevia they are more expensive , but they are worth it they are calorie free , I buy the box of 1000. Lasts me a long time. But to answer your question the ones in the blue packet are sweetened with pure aspartame.

Q: Does this have dextrose?

All stevia packets contain a filler or something to give texture as stevia is 300 times sweeter than sugar ; as such a small amount is needed to sweeten it benefits the consumer to have it mixed with something to bulk it up a little so you can ensure you are getting the amount you need to sweeten out of the packet and it’s not caught in the corner of the packet or something. Pure stevia powder exists and a serving size is 1/64 of a teaspoon you can order it and a 1/64 teaspoon here on Amazon. The packets use filler to make it a convenient serving size. Some use dextrose which in my opinion is healthier than others that use erythritol or maltodextrin. Though the healthiest packets I have found are probably from SweetLeaf which use stevia leaf extract, inulin (a prebiotic-for gut health) and silica (for anti-caking i would imagine, silica used is quartz and it exists naturally in the body)

Q: Purchased this and fedex said they delivered it today and left it on the front porch. That isn't true they didn't come here today. What now?

I had a situation like this as well. I received an email from Amazon stating that my product was put in my mailbox, but it wasn't there. I had to contact Amazon via their online 'chat' feature and all they would do was credit my account. When I went back to re-order the product it showed as 'out of stock'. What I don't understand is how could it show as 'delivered' to my mailbox if it never was?

No expiration as long as item stays dry, once wet discard.
