Just like the real thing

This die head looks and feels great. Numbers and marks were laser engraved. Fit in the machine great. But- had to disassemble it to get the teeth in it. The ring did not open enough to move the lock. The when attempting to cut threads, the adjustments were terrible. It was too loose, and tiny hairline adjustments made it too tight so it wouldn’t even start the cut! Can not recommend, but I would recommend using it as soon as you get it. I was not able to use it when I bought it, and now I can not return it.

Great price and is a good addition to my threaded rod keep from switching out dies.

Not true to the dies measurements. Under or over to get proper threads. But common even on name brand like Ridgid.

This head was everything I expected

The product did work in my rigid pipe threader as it states the handle has a lot of slow and I have to constantly adjust it to get it to cut the threads right, it got the job done but with some frustration it would be fine for a job or two but if you plan on using a lot I’d recommend spending the money on rigid

So, the main problems with this die head is the fact that it has no size markings on the head, also the ridgid dies that I had don’t really fit into the head. (Won’t stay in, slides out) Bought these for a “cheap” replacement. Wasted money, and time. I thought the first one I bought was a defect, so I bought another one. Same issue. On the bright side the one thing I can say about this item that is good, would be the pictures on Amazon. That’s it.
