Life Extension Creatine Capsules, Creatine Monohydrate, 120 Capsules

My body feels more activated than the other creatine pill and gummy I was taking before (6 pills a day). With the other ones the recovery was faster than without creatine. But with this (2-4 pills a day) I feel more strength and body reaction, less soreness, and overall brain functionality.

Assist the body especially if u do not have the powder to put n a liquid. GR8 to travel.

Everything ok

Muy buenas me ayudaron a mantener un ritmo excelente

I’ve been using Life Extension Creatine Capsules for several weeks now, and they’ve seamlessly integrated into my fitness routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and eliminate the need for mixing powders, which is a significant convenience. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy levels during workouts, and my muscle recovery time has improved. The product is non-GMO and gluten-free, aligning with my dietary preferences. One aspect to consider is the dosage; each capsule contains 500 mg of creatine monohydrate, so to reach the commonly recommended 5 g daily dose, you’d need to take ten capsules. While this might be a drawback for some, the benefits I’ve experienced in strength and endurance make it worthwhile. Overall, Life Extension Creatine Capsules offer a convenient and effective way to supplement creatine, especially for those who prefer capsules over powders. It has a mild strength, small capsules, and its taste is bland. P.S. It doesn’t upset one’s stomach.

This was a good price for creatine. My doctor and articles I've read recommend this both for athletes (I'm a runner) and for aging adults (I'm in my 40s). I had powdered creatine but I just didn't use it consistently because of the effort required to mix, drink, etc. These are great to just grab. The capsules are not huge and they are easy to swallow. I compared this to a Costco creatine and this price was better, and it also was just creatine and not a bunch of extra garbage I don't need. They have no taste, don't leave an aftertaste either.

Love these. A very good product to help muscles for the elderly

I didn’t have any issues with bloating or stomach problems, but I generally haven’t with other brands either. It’s my own fault, but I wish I would have paid closer attention to the dosing of these capsules. You’re only getting .5 grams of creatine in 1 capsule. To get the normal recommended dose of 5 grams, you’re taking 10 of these. That is ludicrous to me, and at that point is not cost effective when there’s only 120 capsules in the bottle. If your goal is to only be taking 1-2g of creatine for some reason, then I think this is a suitable option. I was hoping to cut down on powders as I already have a lot of supplements/additives I use in my water, and this definitely missed the mark for what I was looking for. For those looking to enhance and maintain muscle and performance, I would look elsewhere or continue with regular powder unless taking that amount of capsules sounds worth it to you. Sports Research is what I’ll be retuning to as that lasted me over 6 months on one container. The search continues for a capsule/gummy!

would buy again.

Very good and fast

El producto te ofrece la ventaja de no estar batallando con tener que estarlo agitando y tener que tomarlo en distintas tomas, tomas dos cápsulas al día en una sola toma y listo, los resultados todavía no los veo ya que apenas voy a cumplir el mes.

WONDERFULL PRODUCT

Very good and healthy
