A: These are 1.6mm tips.  I love these pens.....

**Q: I was able to buy these at the store for $3.29. Why are they so expensive on Amazon?**
A: My selling price on amazon is $1.99. However I think the price increases due to shipping charges. As you are aware, US postal services increased shipping rates. All I can say is when you order on amazon, you have the convenience o ordering and having it delivered right into your home, saving you a trip to the store

Love these pens! They are bold and juicy. What do I mean by that? The ink rolls out of the ballpoint so easily. Maybe it is because of the thick tip? Either way, if you're looking for a smooth writing and thicker pen tip, then these are perfect. The only thing that I would have to complain about is that since the ink comes out of the tip so well, sometimes it builds up on the pen tip, and it becomes very goopy, and then you have to wipe it off. But other than that, I love these pens.I've bought them probably three times now and the colors are perfect.
