I am so happy with this product. I had purchased the PUR faucet filter and it was always dripping or I'd put a new filter in it and the red change filter light would not go off...even through I know what to do to make it go off it wouldn't., and the filter needed to be replaced every 3 month. Anyway, I got tired of it so I looked in and purchased one of those under the sink filters that have great reviews. After 3 months of working fine, I walk into my kitchen and water is coming out of the filter...all over my beautiful European Oak hardwood floor (the seal had come loose) So back to the drawing board I diligently looked for another faucet filter and bought this one. I'm so happy I did. First of all it is so stylish looking! Not like the others out there. There is a switch to go from tap water to filtered water and the filtered water flow is excellent. The long 8 month filter life is great too. I'm very happy with it and would highly recommend it,

Got the filter and installed it easily into my faucet. Water tasted good but noticed their was a pinpoint leak in the housing through which a tiny stream of water was escaping. Called their customer service number and spoke with Nick. He was very helpful and said they would send a new one out immediately. In 2 days I had it. There was a small defect, obviously, but that happens. Good customer service does not always happen, so For that alone I give this 5 stars.

I've used many different filters both in pitcher form and faucet attached over the years. My favorite has been the brita long last but after getting a new fridge it no longer fits comfortably. Decided to look into a sink attached one that specifically does not filter fluoride, I believe in having fluoride in my water, and stumbled upon this one. The flow rate is incredible and unbelievable that it is filtering the water. I didn't do any professional testing of any kind but just a simple taste and smell test which it passed compared to normal tap water. The cheap feel to it comes with the misaligned sticker on the top of the filter to cover some plastic from when it was molded to shape, not even sure why the sticker is there and why it couldn't just be polished or buffed off. The chrome "plating" also already started to wear down.

I purchased this water filter approximately 2 plus years ago after extensive research. It was easy to install and the water tastes great! I order a new filter every few months and have been impressed with its performance even with frequent use. Unfortunately, in November it sprang a weird leak that would not stop even with tightening. I got on Amazon to review my order and customer reviews and saw a lot of comments regarding ISprings excellent customer service especially talking with Sean. I remember thinking it wouldn't hurt to call. To my surprise Sean answered the phone. I explained that my filter sprang a weird leak and after a few questions he said he would be happy to forward a new filter to me and within a few days I was installing a new filter. I recommend the performance of this product and will continue to use ISpring.

It breaks so easily and then it started spilling all over, it’s pretty big which is not so good regarding the size. The water was more clean for sure, and when I was brushing my teeth I didn’t taste so much the chlorine but I wish it wouldn’t have been so fragile because after 2 weeks I had to throw it out

Easy to install. The box was open inside the delivery bag, but everything was new and all the parts were there. Simple and excellent. It's very functional and looks nice on the faucet. Seems well made. Water looks great as I filled a bottle. Great value and functional.

Love the filter But need a fix for the leaky switch We bought a couple and were hopeful that the leaky switch was just a fluke... but not! When we turn the switch for filtered water, water sprays/ shoots out so we put a wash rag over both til the filter is used up The good news is the filter works awesome and water tastes great so the fix would simply be to update the switch somponent somehow

I needed to replace a Brita filter that leaked badly through the casing and saw this unit had good reviews. I am amazed at the high water flow through it. I’ve only had it two weeks so can’t speak to filter life or unit longevity, but very happy with it so far. It screwed directly onto our tap, so no need for an adapter and very easy to install. I didn’t put in a rating for ‘sheerness’ as I have no idea what that means in relation to a water filter!

Easy to install, no leaks & great flow. Reasonable priced.
