This isn't a bad product, though the cover's zipper is flimsy. My main complaint is that it's just foam and sleeps hot. There's nothing special about the pillow or cover material, just the design's length and form factor.

I bought the Knee-T several weeks ago directly from this manufacturer based on their published statement of "100% satisfaction with no questions asked". I was very disappointed with the item because it was extremely unstable between my knees, did not provide any pain relief, and it had velcro tabs on the leg bands that scratched my legs. It was also very "hot" and uncomfortable during the brief time it actually was in place. I contacted the company (Jason) who said he was in management. I asked for a return authorization and refund and he refused because I had opened the package and used the item one time. I asked him how would I be able to determine if I was 100% satisfied with the item without using it at least once? And since his policy was "100% satisfaction" and I was dissatisfied, I should be able to receive refund. He again said it was against company policy to accept a return on an open item but he would "try to make this right". When I asked how he planned to do that he never got back to me even after several attempts to contact him. If you are interested in this item beware of company's unfulfilled policy of customer satisfaction. If you feel you must have this item beware of its limitations and order it from Amazon who will refund your purchase if unsatisfied. My mistake was ordering it through the company and not through Amazon.

So, I really like this pillow. I don't like the feel of the material tho. And it attracts and creates huge pills all the time. I wish there was a pillow case. That or they need to put the tag on the inside near the zipper. Because seriously who tf puts a tag on the outside of a pillow without a pillow case??The straps are not stretchy, so if you have thic thighs, you'll not be able to use both of them and thus it doesn't stay between your legs to help with alignment.

Buyer beware. Not thick, collapses and knees touch. Had hip surgery and it made things worse.

I’m so glad I purchased this knee and leg support pillow! It has helped with my hip pain. I was a bit hesitant at first due to the cost but ordered the longest one anyway and I’m extremely happy I did. This pillow supports my knee down to my feet so that my feet don’t dangle off the end. I don’t use the straps even though they are comfortable. I do recommend this pillow!!
