The BAZIC clear book wrap worked really well for what I needed. The adhesive backing is strong but still forgiving enough that you can reposition it if you make a mistake. This contact paper is nice easy to use and it is for the price it good now I got around 4 copy books covered for my daughter for second grade they are the black and white style copy book s so that should tell you how much you get out of the roll. I did order a few of them and I've been ordering them for a few years now and I stick with the same brand same kind just a reorder really nice cloudy good price because contact paper could get prices so this one was a good deal I definitely recommend this Thank you...

I purchased this to cover a Bible with a 3" binder. I could find no covers with binders wider than 2", so I elected to try this roll and cut what I needed. I admit that my Bible cover is soft and that did make it more challenging, as the binder was more likely to "move" as I was working. Getting the cut to fit was a problem (since the corners are angled) and keeping out air bubbles was another. All that said, though the end product has slight corner cuts, it has provided the desired result and protects the Bible from dust and whatever might be on the desk. I would expect it to be much easier if the book was hard-covered with straight corners. All in all, it accomplished what I needed and at a great price!

Works great but wasn't what I expected. It is as described and was quite easy to apply. Even added a pocket to the inside of the covers to tuck notes, etc. However I was disappointed when I finished and was ready to sit down and read - it was crinkly sounding as you moved the book, flexing in your hands while reading (soft cover). It reminded me of the cheap plastic film covers used in the school library. I was expecting something that would produce a finished produce that was more like laminated paper. The quality is like comparing leaves sandwiched in wax paper and ironed. (I'm sure that dates me! Lol) I gave it 5 stars bc I couldn't fault the product. However be aware that this doesn't produce a book cover that's anything as good as laminated. It would be appropriate for covering some paper to make it usable to write on with a dry erase, or just to protect a sheet from wear. But I personally would not use it again for covering a book as I find the crunchy plastic sound distracting from the whole reading experience.

My first time to use a contact paper and I am so glad it turned out really well. I was hesitant to buy this because of some negative reviews, but it’s cheaper than most brands so I thought if it didn’t go well I’ll consider it as a cheap learning experience 😅 But I can’t help not to give this item a good review. It was actually not that thin, it’s thicker than a scotch tape, and it stick so good. You have to do it right the first time, though because it will really stick to your book. I used it for protecting my new journal which didn’t have a thick cover and this plastic cover added a little thickness to it. This is a great deal for its price and purpose 👍

Bought these to wrap books for toddlers that I want to last for years - but the wrap pulls up and even though I did the fold over method to the inside cover, it came undone within days (of it just sitting there in a wrapped package). Was really disappointed by that... I don't think the wrap over method works, but I wonder if I were to have cut close to the edge of the book instead, if that would be better?

I used this for the first time in my life to cover my son’s school books. After watching a few videos on proper techniques, I was able to put it on fairly easily and without any bubbles using just a ruler. It was kind of surprising since I’d never used a product like this. The roll was big enough to cover 2 large books. A new book was sent home to cover last week but I didn’t have any of this product left, so I bought the name brand version instead to see if there was a difference. The name brand one did not stick as easily, there were a ton of bubbles, and the ruler sliced right through it.

Good Product. Adhesive is too strong. Try with small piece and proceed.

D’abord et avant tout, sachez que le livre était abîmé avant de le recouvrir, et que je n’ai pas d’expérience de recouvrement de livres. C’est exactement pourquoi j’ai acheter ces plastiques, pour que mes livres n’abîme plus qu’ils ne le sont déjà. J’aime le rendu, ça me fait penser aux livres d’école, un fini super. La couleur du livre n’est pas détériorée, par exemple plus pâle. La colle est bien fait, elle ne colle pas assez au début pour pouvoir replacer en cas d’erreur, mais lorsqu’appliqué et pressé pour faire coller et enlever les bulles, le plastique reste en p’ace et ne décolle pas, et on ne voit pas de démarcation du plastique sur l’intérieur du livre. Je n’hésiterai certainement pas à racheter, c’est parfait pour moi.

Le matériau est épais et robuste. Il est facile de le manipuler, l'adhérence de la colle n'étant pas trop grande et parfaite pour le recouvrement de livres.
