This worked straight out of the box and arrived quickly

Just money wasted.
Absolute rubbish. The company were very quick to answer my emails but nothing they suggested (mainly to do with removing batteries and retrying or putting new batteries in - they already were!) Worked! Just money wasted.

Good quality
My son could not change the channel on his tv so could not play on his xbox. Ordered this remote and it was quick delivery and good quality remote control which has saved the expense of buying a new tv

Replacement Remote Control For BAUER DUR21641
Our old remote packed up and luckily we found this replacement. Turned up very quickly and worked straight away, once we put batteries in it. Very pleased.
