Once brewed, the flavor is smooth, aromatic, and balanced. Works well in espresso machines or drip coffee makers. Pros: Rich aroma, good crema, consistent roast. Cons: May be too mild for very dark roast fans.

Great quality all-around Café (one of the Portuguese Roasts)
Delta is one of the most known, and I think one of the largest of Portuguese Coffees. I've had plenty of different roasts and variations (even instant) from this brand/company. If you're looking for quality coffee bean, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this coffe. This is the Gold, it's not bitter, and although is recommended for espresso, it's versatile enough for various coffee brewing methods, which I tried (espresso, auto-drip, brew-over, etc, and made Galão, Cappuccino, Machiato, Americano, regular coffee).
