Halo Adult Dog Beef Stew 5.5 oz. Can (Pack of 12)

We have 2 maltese and a canardly (cuz you canardly tell what kind of dog she is) and it's their dog food of choice every morning. They see me get the can and wait sorta patiently until it's served when they can scarf it down. The beef flavor is their favorite. You can see peas and carrots in there too. They simply love it!

The fact that's its made with real ingredients and no by products and the dogs love it. Took me 4 years to find that.

I’d like it more if it was a little less wet

So disappointed with their 'new' food. There is no Succulent Salmon - it has been replaced by Turkey, Chicken Liver & Salmon mix. It is predominantly Turkey. The ingredients listed are from the older Spot's Stew. Spot's Stew is no more.They have increased protein & fat. Broth has been moved up the ingredient list. They may not use 'meal' but what the heck is their broth composed of? Check the image/picture of the ingredient list from the can for a more accurate look of what's now inside.We've been using Spot's Stew both Salmon & Beef for many years, around five - it has so helped our pet. He has preferred this over so many others and it has been great for his digestive process.It may be all the goodness they say it is but please notify us of such significant changes.Their website is glowing with the new foods yet they offer no reason for the drastic change in food ingredients and Guaranteed Analysis: a 30% increase in protein & a 40% increase in fat with this Succulent Salmon replacement. Turkey as a main ingredient is not a one-to-one replacement for Salmon. Turkey, turkey broth, chicken liver and then fourth in the list is Salmon.Our dogs might like it but, IMHO, Halo made a bad decision to not notify us of the detailed aforementioned changes.We have to slowly transition the little pooch over not knowing what might happen and the long term results irrespective of what Halo states. Our little one had long suffered with digestive issues.They did this to the Beef Stew, too: a 30% increase in protein & fat and, broth is now the second ingredient over beef liver.They said that 14 out of 20 dogs preferred it - meaning 6 out of 20 didn't - that's 30% rejection rate.

The media could not be loaded.  For the past two years we have tried to find something, anything to get our puppy to eat what we put in front of her. Tried Fresh food, chicken and rice recipe that I would cook up myself and she would eat a little and walk away.Finally I sent for this canned food and I put it down for her at our Dinner time as usual, and to our amazement, no kidding, she slooped it up, like crazy! And the best part of her loving this it smells like fresh cooked chicken, again not kidding.This is her regular diet now and we are thrilled. Like the subscription to save money and never run out.

This product is great and my dog really likes it. However, half the time the package arrives with busted cans. The product is non-returnable and while the refund is nice, I have to re-order the product, instead of receiving it at the subscribe-and-save discount. This is extremely annoying and frustrating.Today is my worst experience yet. I received cat food in my regular subscribe-and-save order. I can't return it. And I still don't have the dog food I need. Yes, the auto-bot says I'm getting a refund, but I still have to reorder. And pay full-price. Thanks for nothing.

Was great quality food - dogs love it

This is the only canned dogfood my Pom has ever liked. The service was excellent.
