Question 1

Are those dimensions accurate? 755" by 109" is 63 feet wide by 9 feet high

Accepted Answer

With a size exceeding 276 cm x 192 cm (that's 9 feet x 6 feet 4 inches) our 18,000 piece puzzles are exceedingly demanding. The puzzle is supplied in 4 bags and it's up to the expert puzzler to decide whether to mix the pieces together or do each section separately. Hope this all helps :)

Question 2

does the quality of the green board use for this puzzle able to match the quality of those 1000pcs blue board Ravensburger puzzle?

Accepted Answer

Ravensburger has used the Blue Board forthis puzzle as well. And the quality is excellent.

Question 3

What in the world could someone use as a surface to put this together? I don't have any available floor space for it.

Accepted Answer

The puzzle comes in 4 parts. So if you're not really keen on mixing the 4 distinct parts of the puzzle and making the entire thing together, you only need to have a space of around 4x5 feet. However if you don't want to make it in parts then I really suggest you have a space of at least 9x12 feet to be able to make it comfortably.Honestly, I don't have the space to make this whole thing together so I'm making it in parts. I make one part and then break that part into 9 to 16 pieces which are very convenient to join again and then put them in a small, roughly 12 inch, box. It helps me save space and the puzzle from catching dust. Once I have completed all the Four parts, I will simply open the four boxes (and put together the 16 parts in each box and then only have 4 parts again, which won't be a problem to put together ;) ) and have it framed on a wall :D

Question 4

What do you do if you’re missing one piece? How can it be replaced?

Accepted Answer

The manual says to write to ravensburger with the location of the piece that you are missing and they will send the piece to you. I have mailed them several times to no avail.
