It has a foam like numbers that you have to get out of the big sheet with other numbers. I had to trim mine a little on the contact points from getting it out of the foam block, because I knew I’d hate looking at it in the wall and seeing weird sticking points. Than get the glass looking plastic out of their cutout sheets, trim those, take off the backing and attach to the foam. Than finally get the backing off and out on the pre-marked wall. Took a while to measure to make sure they’re evenly spaced both from center and among themselves. There is a paper tool to help with that, but it is pretty flimsy and semi-accurate.
