I've never been a mitten wearer. I always preferred gloves. Since suffering from Raynauds Disorder (a condition where the capillaries of your fingers and toes close off when exposed to cold) I have tried many pairs of gloves to keep my hands warm when hiking and walking. A friend told me to try mittens, because as he said, your fingers are together and not separated as they are in traditional gloves, which allow them to warm each other. So I ordered this pair of mittens and have not been disappointed. They are very well insulated and roomy enough even under the coldest of conditions to put in hand warmers. So far they have worked very well for me. In temperatures in the 30's and 40's, my hands would be very cold despite wearing heavy gloves, but these mittens kept my hands toasty :-) I also like how they come above the wrist to keep out cold winds. I am 5'2" and bought the small/medium. In some of the reviews I read people said they run small. I found, for me, they fit perfectly.

Got these as a back-up pair & found them to be warm & comfortable in high single digit temperatures. Loft Insulation, Clips, Wrist Wraps, Hooks, Stitching all fine. It was snowing & my hands were dry.

The headline says it all. Fit is good, they are water poof, wind proof and breathable. I ordered another pair (different manufacturer) so I could have a pair in each vehicle. Measure according to the directions and you should be fine.

Purchased these mittens for winter weather in Massachusetts. They are warm, weather proof and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Love the snuggly fit! 8 degrees and 6 inches of snow to shovel… no worries! My hands stayed warm and dry!

The mittens fit well (S/XS) but do not keep my hands warm enough. They work well 45 degrees or higher, but when out walking the dog and the temp is in the 30's or lower 40's my hands get quite cold.I really didn't think that for that price they would be comfortably warm in the very cold, but figured I would give them a try. They are attractive and seem to be well made. Just not warm enough for me.

These arrived well packaged and looked the business but when I took them for a run out to our local xcape ski slope I was really disappointed. I wish I’d just gone for some more expensive ones as these won’t cut it when I go abroad skiing
