do you really have to use this in 2 days after it opened? Also, how much would you use in a smoothie?

I always used it up within 2 days of opening. I used 1/2 of the package to make two medium sized smoothies, and stored the rest - including the water in the package - in an airtight container in the fridge.

Do people get 12 packs of tofu or just one? Because some customers say they only got one
