idk about mine but it won't stay up as high as in the picture and it slouches down at a weird low angle for my iphone 5s.  But I guess you get what you pay for probably wont buy again.

I didn't have high hopes from looking at the mounting hardware, but it works wonderfully. The pivoting clasp is flexible but holds. The clamps are a little tricky to open - my only complaint. I always feel like I'll break them when trying to wrench my phone out, but that may be because it has a rubber bumper that sticks well in there. I'd buy it again, so far (1 month).
