The metal plate on the top of the bee hotel comes with some stain and part of it popped up a little. I tried to clean the stain with a tissue paper. It came up a little bit but you can see that it’s still there. I don’t know how to clean it thoroughly. For the popped up part, there is nothing I can do. Is it possible for you to send me just the metal plate so that I can replace it?
