Works as intended but..
I used this product to put my Rift S virtual reality headset cable on the cieling instead of feeling it up against my legs and having to avoid it // I'm much happier with this set up // it's still not perfect // If you give it too much slack it can starting touching your face and neck but if you adjust it just right it'll feel pretty perfect. I have had many gaming sessions where I can't even tell it's there.

This product makes your VR experience go to the next level!
I used the gluepads and not the screws.. They stick good and i can walk around the entire room without having to get entangled. Just remember to adjust the rollers and do a double at the end for max reach. Now i'm ready! player one!

Strange no instructions
I'm sure I can figure it out, but a little strange this product did not come with any instructions. Maybe it was missing in my shipment. I was just curious what the recommended spacing is for placing the pulleys? Only 3 stars since it did not include instructions.

Very useful.
I found I wasn’t using my Vive all that often due to the state of the cable. Sad reason not to use such an expensive toy, but it presented as a huge hassle and the headset sat there collecting dust.Having previously seen similar wire suspension rigs as this I poked around on Amazon till I found this one. I liked the swivel ends as I figured they would help prevent the cable getting tangled.I only used two of ‘reels’ placing them the side of a bookcase instead of across the ceiling as shown in the product images. This works for me taking up the slack when closest to the bookcase but allowing full extension across my play area.My only issue is the adhesive ‘hooks’ are very open and when pulling on them horizontally (not their intended use I will grant) the reels pop out very easily. However closing the hook with a pair of needle-nose pliers solved the issue pretty quickly.

Keeps the wires on my Valve Index up
Great for room-scale VR games that require active movement, such as Superhot VR. Helps you avoid tripping over wires on your floor while you cannot see your surroundings.

Poor Quality Construction -- almost but not quite.
The main mechanism here is literally a "badge clip" that many employees use in shops that have Photo ID badges and doors that require badge swipes to open. It is not even a 'more substantial' version of the same mechanism, its literally the same mechanism. In my case, one of the clips was broken when I got it. Two of the string-loops that hold onto the cable had the string fail within the first couple of days. (See Photo). Neither of these cannot be fixed -- I can find new thread and tie knots -- and I can use the (not actually included) allen-wrench to re-set a set-screw, but I should not have to do so with a "new" product right out of the box -- aka quality comment. The biggest problem, however, is that the one that is connected closest to the VR Headset needs greater range. You either start with enough left-over slack in the cable that you "walk into the cable with your face" or you start with only enough slack to reach your head in standing position, and as soon as you bend or take a couple of steps, you have hit the end of the extension available to the "first" clip.A solution may exist in "doubling up" the last one -- ie connecting two together to make a longer run, but the over-all quality of the clips gives me pause, and frankly the thought of clipping a second clip on to the string of a first seems jury-rigged, and leaves a weighted pulley swinging loose above your head, spring loaded and targeted at your unsuspecting face when one of the other parts fail.UPDATE: After a little more than a week, the clip closest to the VR gear is no longer able to raise the weight of the cable, and hangs down about a foot from fully retracted.

Oculus Rift
I bought HDMI and USB extension cables and used these to run Oculus VR headset around and behind me to keep cables out of the way. Worked perfect.
