Can I get a child to draw directly onto this paper? Instead of printing from a computer?

This is not recommended. You can scan your child’s drawing and then print it by printer.

Can I use this to transfer on to Satan ribbon to make my own fabric labels?

I don’t think Satan wears ribbon. It doesn’t go well With his image 😁

When finished with the paper, should it be put in the paper recycling bin or non-recyclable?

I myself put it in the normal bin, I wouldn't say its recyclable with the coating on it.
