I use loose chalk for weight training.deadlifts mostly and sometimes shrugs. Its a great quality chalk. It came to me already ground down fine but not too fine.Not much I can say about chalk being a basic item but this one particularly I WILL buy again. If you use chalk this one is better than the others I have used in the past. Comes in an easy to use resealable bag as well

Worked but was quite messy. Hard to get my hand in there without spilling stuff all over the court (used in Florida for tennis). Put it in a bigger plastic bag and that somewhat worked, but still got some chalk on the court.

This chalk is garbage. The feel is pasty and cheap, it clumps, and doesn't spread too easily on the hands. Spend up a few dollars to get the gold standard: Black Diamond White Gold.

It's chalk. It works well. It helps me lift heavy things and pretend like I can pull myself up on a bar over and over. As a former gymnast, I believe in the need to use lots and lots of chalk. I used it to refill their chalk ball, which I love as well.

Big bag of chalk! This is a great deal for the amount of chalk you get plus, it got here in like, 2 days! Extremely satisfied.

This chalk works a lot better than any I have used in the past. Would recommend to others looking fora good chalk to use.
