how much did these cost before you opportunistically quadrupled the price?

£34.99 for me. Don't sell a kidney for this product. The bands are good, but they're not that good. Wait for the price to come down or go to bemaxx directly. They're still very expensive there, but not too crazy.

Can You use multiple bands at the same time to make exercise harder ?

Yes. The bands are the same length and easily attach to the provided handles. Lots of variation available.

what is the diameter of the bands

Hello Alan,Thank you for your question - the diameter of the bands varies according to their resistance level and is between 0,9cm/0,35in (yellow) and 1,2cm/0,48in (black). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions. We are happy to assist you in any way we can.Have a great dayYour BeMaxx Fitness Team

If i put them all together will that be 150lbs?..or doesnt it work like that?...

Yes it adds up. It is not very easy adding them all up though due to space. So in the small rings you cannot really fit all 5 of them. Generally it is more fit for arm exercises that do not require all of them any way. You can also increase the distance to increase resistance. It is a decent set to do a lot of combinations, especially supplementary exercises, in more than the average male strength.
