Good for growing micro greens. Very strong especially when cleaning the roots off. If you want to use it hydroponicallyjust use some kitchen paper for small seeds the roots will find their way down through the paper without falling through the holes. I find using soil gives a better crop. It also looks good and is the best price that I can find on the market.

this tray is advertised as a seed sprouter, however you need to buy extra stuff if you wish to sprout seeds as it is only designed for been sprouting and has big holes. what a waste of money. poor advertising and instructions are in poor broken English
