Premium Large Antler - ONE Pound (+/- an Ounce) Variety Pack - Top Dog Chews

My dogs and I love these antlers! I have two large goldendoodles and was sick and tired of having to purchase one singular bone for $40+ from the pet stores. I have to get the largest size as my dogs are very into chewing. Then I found these and I have ordered them 3 times and will continue to order because this is such a good deal. I have gotten at least 3 bones in every package, which makes them about $10 each roughly, cant go wrong with that! As for the other negative reviews with this product, I have never received any antlers that look old or are defective. I have had a few antlers that are split, which means the marrow is showing, but I do not mind that as my dogs go absolutely crazy over those ones and will chew for hours on them, and the marrow has nutrients in it that are really healthy for dogs, so its a win win. Although, these ones are usually gone in a day or two.

Pros: Massive antlers that our dogs absolutely love! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount sent and for the cost it can't be beat. Con: Since they are real and the sizes do very, some do not last more than a few hours for medium to large dogs. The soft marrow of the bone doesn't hold up well to puppy teeth. Overall, for this price you won't find anything better. You get up to five here for the price that one costs at a pet store.

I've been ordering antlers from various sellers for 2 years. This batch (large) for my 20 and 40 lb dogs were awful. Honestly they seem like they have been baking in the desert sun for years. Two were TINY, so I gave the dogs those first. Within minutes both small, very brittle antlers had broken into shards and had to be thrown out. Up next was the biggest one which was split down the middle. My dogs love split antlers although they go through them very quickly when they are fresh and soft. Not this one. Again, seems sun-baked, and I've already had to toss it for splintering. It freaks me out, to be honest, that these things are so brittle. I'm going to be worried about my dogs for the next few days until enough time has passed to verify no punctured intestine. I'm tossing the rest. Not worth the stress. This seller seems to be scavenging wild antlers that may be several years old.

I think these are very good, not 5 stars since recently (last 1-2 months) they are giving huge flat pieces that eat up easily. I’m still buying them though because they seem to be fresh. The dogs love them. I think they change with the seasons. I’ve not given up yet 🙂

This innocent looking puppy (11 months old) has destroyed everything except the Hartz bacon-flavored balls and Nylabone, and that is mostly because she doesn’t spend much time with them. If she actually loves a toy or bone, it is dead meat. I instinctively guessed that split antlers would not hold up as well, and it hasn’t, but quicker access to the middle makes it the first one she looks for. That said, all of the antlers have been a hit, and they haven’t fallen apart as she chewed on them. I am so relieved to find a product that I don’t have to replace daily!

Now that the product is sold by weight and not the number of antlers. I knew this going in and this is my fourth bag. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I can risk going with another due to the widely different sizes. The most recent bag had two small pieces along with this massive chunk. If you have one dog, great. If you have more than one dog like I do, this is going to cause more issues than it's worth.

My dogs (shih tzu, irish doodle and pit/ boxer mix) love these. They especially loved the ones that they were split open so they could access the the different textures. They don't stink up my house. Very durable and didn't make a mess, even with my aggressive chewer! I would definitely buy again.
