I LOVE this! When I ordered it I wasn’t sure because the reviews say the bowl is big and I did not know if I would like that but I have used it so much and I’m not a cook at all. It’s so cute I just leave it out on the counter cause it fits in my kitchen perfect.

I have always wanted a working, vintage kitchen scale in the old-fashioned green color. The challenge has been finding an attractive one that was still FOOD SAFE (as I plan to use it in my kitchen) had the "look" I was going for, and was not all chipped up, making it unsafe for food use. This KitchenCraft Living Nostalgia Scale is the answer to my prayers❣🥰😉 Leave it to the Brits to create something so BEAUTIFUL, with an "old-school" design‼️ It has sleek, beautiful lines, gorgeous vintage graphics, and is capable of weighing up to 8 pounds‼️👌😊 I L💚VE this scale for all of those reasons - plus it's easy to adjust and zero out whatever container I am using to get an accurate weight of the food I am preparing. Much larger and substantial than I anticipated (which is great!) and yet it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. I plan to use it daily; what a sturdy, essential kitchen tool at a great value for my money! 💵 🤑 I am so HAPPY and I highly recommend the purchase of this scale❣ Even though it was shipped to me from the UK, 🇬🇧 with my Amazon Prime, there were no import duties and shipping was FREE to deliver the scale to my FRONT DOOR. It was packaged securely, arrived undamaged and in pristine condition - and it only took a couple of weeks to arrive. BRILLIANT! 💚🤣😁

First of all, my scale came 5 days early! It's a wee bit bigger than I thought it would be, but it's VERY sturdy....the way things used to be made back in the day. I haven't used it yet, but I have every confidence that it will work wonderfully. It is absolutely beautiful & I'm thrilled over it.

The scale was a little bit bigger than I thought but that's totally ok. It makes a great piece for a shelf as decoration but is also fully functional when you need it. I love it!

Tout d'abord, cette balance est magnifique, elle en devient un élément de décoration dans ma cuisine. En plus elle est très fonctionnelle : le réglage de la tare est tout simple (juste un bouton à tourner si vous remplacez le plateau par un autre contenant), le plateau est grand, stable et en inox, le cadran est bien lisible, la pesée est précise. Pas de pile à changer, pas de fil qui traine, pas d'interrupteur, pas de choix à faire... ça fait du bien d'avoir un outil tout simple, sans électronique ni réglage : vous mettez vos aliments sur le plateau et vous lisez le cadran, basta ! Je suis enchantée de cet achat !

Très bon et beau produit. Le mécanisme est très fiable. L'aiguille revient toujours au même endroit quand on retire le poids. L'étalonnage est assez facile. Il ne faut évidemment pas être au gramme près (les balances numériques à pile, qui mettent du temps à s'allumer, suffisent). Mais quand il faut peser à peu près 200 g de riz, 1,5 kg de fraises ou 2 kg de patates, vite fait bien fait, elle excelle. De plus elle est jolie et toujours prête à l'emploi. Elle à l'avantage de ne prendre que très peu de place sur le plan de travail, surtout si on remplace son grand bol par un plus étroit et plus haut, même si son gros cadran vertical à 180 ° demande une légère flexion des genoux (ou simplement de s'assoir sur une chaise) pour une bonne lecture du résultat. Seul petit bémol, le système qui retient le bol de pesée n'a pas de "véritable rebord" pour le retenir si on "jette" notre produit dedans. Après tout, on n'est pas des brutes, ni des pros. Si on veut jeter le produit dans le bol, autant mettre ce dernier sur la table, jeter le produit dans le bol et poser enfin le bol enfin rempli sur la balance. Sinon, on y va mollo, et puis ce système permet de changer le bol fourni par n'importe quel autre qui nous semblera plus approprié au produit que l'on pèse. Et puis l'analogique sera toujours plus sympa, chaleureux et fiable que le numérique. Je recommande ce produit.
