We bought this for family picnics. We have 7 grandchildren. Excellent. Keeps water / drinks hot, is easy to use with a pump action and has a good capacity.

I love this , used twice now, filled at 8am with two full kettles of hot water and by 6pm the water was still hot enough to have a nice cup of tea , one day I got at least 7 cups of tea out of it and still had a little bit of water left over.

Value for money, easy to clean does keep hot for 24 hours and warm a further 24 hours.

Wish it stayed hotter but does last a whileI stay myselfIt lasts all dayI filled it with boiling water, emptied it after 2 hours and refilled so the inside was hot before i filled it.Saves me money boiling the kettle as much

Please avoid buying this item as it is not fit for purpose,I only used it 3 times over a few months and on the third time the bottom cracked as soon as I filled it up and boiling water started pouring out of it.very dangerous as you could be easily scolded.customer service didn’t want to know about it as It was passed the 90 day refund replace time.very poor as it would have a manufacturing warranty but they weren’t interested.AVOID!!!!!

This was an okay product, hot water lasted half a day so boiled kettle twice a day which was acceptable. I was generally happy with it but product only lasted six months, just stopped keeping the water hot. I don't know why. Anyhow defeated my purposes of saving on energy bills because I had to spend money again to buy another product so early. I've gone over to a normal flask. Hopefully it will last longer.

I live in an E7 electric property, so when the energy proces exploded daytime energy was considerably more (while cheaper at night). I unplugged my toaster and coffee machine. The bet was that buying this flask would save more than the cost of buying the flask.I boiled the kettle in the mornings at cheap rate to load the flask and used the water instead of the kettle during the day. It probably saved even more energy as I was not boiling a partially filled kettle several times a day. If I was out during the day and first used the water from a full flask in the afternoon or evening it was indistinguishable from fresh boiled. The water stayed hotter the fuller the flask was, but it was fine for tea and coffee and ramen all day anyway, and this means something because coffee and tea that is not hot is a grim nightmare.The remaining would also be hot enough the following morning to wash some dishes with. It was also a very clean item and easy to keep so.I read from the other reviews the handle was not top sturdy so I never used it to carry the flask.Summary - all good.

I boil my kettle in the morning fill up thermos.Can have cups of tea or coffee at the press of a button.Piping hot water every time.No lifting of kettle apart from filling thermos.Would highly recommend this produce.NO negatives that I can find.
