Great for soothing upset bellies. I have gastroparesis and this is one of the 1st things that has worked.

I wish these came in glass bottles (I loathe plastic from both an environmental and health perspective), but this stuff is very tasty. I drink a lot of water, and I always put a big splash of this in every glass, both to improve the taste and to make the water a little more alkaline. I also use it as a stomach soother whenever anyone in the family has an upset stomach. The ingredients are clean, and ginger has so many health benefits.

I first ran into Ginger People up close on a trip to the middle east. I saw ginger shots in a grocery store. And they had Sidr honey in them. I liked them so much that I got this product. It's not nearly as strong as the ginger shots, but a lighter way to get your ginger into yourself. I am honestly not a big ginger person. But this ginger soother is easy to drink, especially if you don't feel well. I am using it as an addition to my other wellnees items to get me through cold season.

I make my own elixir every morning, using fresh ginger, filtered water, lemon, or lime juice, and a little bit of honey… But when I’m traveling, it’s difficult to procure these items. That’s when I found the ginger people elixir, and it tastes almost exactly what I make in the morning. I always order this when I’m traveling and have it delivered to where I’m staying.
