Plug and play on my mac mini. Added 4TB instantly. Transfer speeds meet my needs. Nice and small physically so even though I haven't had a need to transport it yet, I know I'll be able to when the time comes.

Seagate is gone, don't buy this crap.
Lots of problems here. Most of these devices work or are otherwise compatible with TVs and monitors such as my VIZIO. But it does not. This information should be listed so the buyer doesn't have to deal with foreign nations to return it. I spent more than an hour trying to get information from two people who barely spoke English. This is just not acceptable. I am trying to return it, but there is no customer service from Amazon, at least not in America. You will need to understand the Asian or Hindi language to work with this company. Bad form.
