Works on 2015 Audi RS7 C7
The cable works on Audi RS7 C7, You wont get HD from AV cables but at least you can play some retro games in your car that were not HD in its days and still looks good. I also use it for mirroring my phone.

2015 C7 A6 MMI3G
I have a 2015 Audi A6 3.0L TDI Prestige with the 3G MMI infotainment system. This Audi MMI 3RCA cable worked perfectly with my car. I heard about certain cables from amazon having issues with compatibility with certain Audis. I have an HDMI converter and an HDMI Miracast stream device and it works flawlessly with no distortion in the video and audio. I did have to play with the settings to get the aspect ratio adjusted, but other than that. No complaints

2014 Passat TDI did not work
Item fits and meets description details but did not register in my 2014 Passat TDI, if you are trying to get one for your Passat do not waste your money. Product is exactly as described thus the three star review

Doesn't work with Audi A3 MMI Navigation Plus says (Unsupported)
I attempted to install unit and always says (Unsupported) when connected. I was attempting to add back up camera to car since was not a option from 2012 Audi. Have seen videos that it has worked. Was not the case for my situation.
