Good quality poor packaging
Good instructions, but not for the novice. My space was 7 foot so cut the 72 inch shelf to make two at 36 inches. Very easy to scratch hense the 4 not 5 stars. Packaging was poor. Heavy box and just one layer of cardboard. Several spots were damaged but slight and I was able to hide them at back. Final results looks great.

Great finished product, but be patient with the installation
Exactly what I wanted. Wife was not happy about spending this much until she saw the finished product. Putting it together took patience and a good working knowledge of basic carpentry. The closet we put this in is only six feet wide so we had some extra shelving and rod. Not sure what to do with it though since we used all the supports.Very pleased and will likely redo other closets with the same or similar John Louis products.

Very high quality and a breeze to install. I organized a walk in closet with these and no longer need the dresser!

Good value. Not that easy to install
Good quality and package of this product. I take my time to install it myself. Watching youtube video is a great help for the installation.
