Prime is the low quality version. Id say this one is better.

What power cable should I use for this amp how many watts!?

At least 4 gauge. The amp does about 900 watts at 2 ohms.

Do I need a line output converter if I have a stock head unit that does not have rca plug ins?

You actually don’t need a line out converter if you want to just plug it into an audio device or phone just run an adapter to the rca’s then get your signal directly from there and plug in...but you won’t have am/fm but then again that’s all gone to apps also so yeah you will...
