Product arrived on time as described by seller. Good quality product easy to use. Plain scones can taste a little bland but adding some fruit or cheese really helps.

Very good for the money

If you just follow the instructions on the bag, you pretty much can't go wrong with this mix. If you're new to scone making, my top tip is to not over work the dough. As soon as the mix comes together, stop mixing it, let it rest for a couple of minutes while you grease your baking tin, then shape and bake straight away.The mix isn't very sweet so you can use it for sweet or savoury scones by adding fruit or cheese. For sweet scones I like to brush the top with melted butter then sprinkle with brown sugar instead of using an egg wash to add a bit of extra sweetness.I'll have to buy another bag of this mix soon, I made the mistake of making some scones for family members and now I keep getting requests for more!
