Only used for a few days. It's a good solid make and easy to use. It's a bit heavy but this doesn't matter because it seems to steer easily and the suction is good and not too much. Very impressed with initial use. Easy to assemble with no problems. Well worth the cost, I wouldn't go for cheaper options.

This has to be the best Vacuum Cleaner on the Market - it's our second one and I'm only buying another after 8 years because I have given the other Sebo to a relative who wanted a good machine and after 8 years was as good as new. We have dogs and it is amazing at lifting hairs from any carpet. Well done Sebo

I had a Sebo many years ago but I switched to a Dyson V8 cordless as most of my floors were laminate and it was based more on convenience to have a cordless. However, I now have mainly carpets around the home and whilst the Dyson is a great hoover, nothing does a deeper vacuum clean than an excellent quality corded Hoover. That’s why I purchased the latest Sebo, they are the Porsche of vacuum cleaners. Lightweight, powerful, and the convenience of being able to just pull out the extendable suction nozzle just makes it a pleasurable experience, even for someone like me who is not a fan of housekeeping! First time I have used TVA Tech and have to say they were the most competitive on price, product arrived on time and was perfectly packaged. They even make the added little extra touch of putting a ‘thank you for purchasing’ slip inside the packaging. I know the Hoover will cause me no problems as it’s a German product and is built to last. It’s really easy to assemble when you get it out of the box and I was up and running with it within minutes. Would highly recommend both the product and the supplier!

Good prouct

This Sebo replaced one we had used for the best pat of 20 years. It is excellent. Only downside it is not as light as some competitors but in our opinion makes up for in durability and quality of clean

I have had a Sebo Vacuum before, my 1st one lasted about 10 years, would have lasted longer but it took a lot of heavy handling and lack of care from the kids as they were growing up. My 2nd one I had for about 2 years, a family member borrowed it a couple of week ago, it seems, I will never get it back. Hence I have had to buy another one.This is my 3rd one, and my last one hopefully for years, as I shall now, never lend a helping hand with the use of it ever again to anybody. Sebo vacuums really do pick up all the dog hair, dust etc. Cannot fault this product at all. Ok, it has a lead, not a battery, so you are tied to a plug, but really I will never use another make.It arrived the next day after ordering, TVA Tech were great in sending it out straightaway, I did not think they would, as the latest national lockdown was put in place the day I ordered. Cannot thank them enough for doing that. I am very pleased with everything.

I have tried many different vacuum cleaners, this one is the best I have ever used, simple to use, easy to detach and use extension parts and picks up everything quietly and effectively, it has no dust smell (unlike some others) and full bag is easy to remove and replace, even the cable is easy to store!

This is one of the worst things I have ever spent money on in my 44 years as a consumer. It has a fundamental flaw that makes it so user unfriendly. The mechanism by which the front cover of the vacuum is removed which when closed engages the bag with the actual vacuum is so poorly designed that the front doesn't close and the bag doesn't engage with the internal mechanism which means that the entire thing doesn't work properly. I have to constantly fight with this vacuum cleaner to keep the front panel closed. Bag changes are hard work. Based on my experience with this model this vacuum cleaner is badly designed and unpleasant to use. I will not buy this brand again and I do not recommend.
