Amazing
This made standing at my desk amazing. I can move around and my feet don't feel fatigued. I would totally recommend. The mat feels thick and very easy to clean.

Pretty good
It has very nice features. I am flat-footed...it was a bit too hard for me for long stands

My husband loves this
Like many others, post pandemic he works from home, and wants to stand up from time to time. This allows him to do so comfortably, plus he can have some variation on his feet.

The ball pinches your feet
The foamy material is alright. Your feet hurt less when you stand on it as opposed to hard floor. However, when you run your foot along the rollerball, your skin or sock gets pinched. It’s not a fun feeling. And if you shift a lot while standing, you can’t really move your feet around because of the ball in the center. You literally have to stand still with your feet pointed straight ahead. I honestly regret spending this much money on a mat I’m not that happy with.

Useful mat
I use the mat to stand on while working on my laptop at home. It feels good on my barefoot. The front and back of the mat has a incline at a decent angle because when I put my back and front foot on it and when I rock back and forth on the foot it massages the bottom foot also with a little padding makes it feel comfortable, the ball which works also is a hard surface so it gets deep into the muscle tissues when you press down on it which is also good too. Whoever thought of that good on you. I never tried it with shoes on so I do not know the differences. I do not think this mat is suppose to be used with shoes if that is the case buy yourself the regular mat that is flat. You will want to be barefoot or with your sox on to feel the massaging. I hope this helps. Please keep in mind standing for long periods is not good for anyone. This mat will help for the discomfort of standing but like anything else to much of anything is not good for you so try to sit down for a bit and go walk around and shake it off from standing most of the work day. Happy Standing Everyone!

Must have
Can stand on it for 3-4 hours and your feet don’t ache. It’s quite big, so you need the space.

💪🏼 Posture is important.
Doing music and other artsy things in the studio I'd rather not be sitting all day. This is amazing. I also find myself using the foot massager more often than I could let on to. Even in meetings 😁

Really good, effective
Was honestly dubious about this matt but I have to say I love it. It really makes a difference with the cushioning and the amount of different standing positions you can take. The stimulation for your feet from the bumps the roller ball and ridges is great and the back of the mat allows you to stretch you calf muscles.Really well made and easy to clean. Love it.

Not cheap, but good for the feet and legs
Not at all cheap but, for me at least, I think it’s worth it. My current anti fatigue mat has been looking a little, well, fatigued! So much use. Thought I’d treat myself to a new mat. My feet do like to play, so this one looked good. The actual mat part is a lot firmer than my previous mat, but still feels comfortable enough for my bare feet. Just love the rolling ball in the middle, my feet appreciate that! It’s quite shiny and slippery and fast moving though, so do use with caution. With the tactile areas at the back and front, my feet can find pleasant relief and something to keep them occupied. I do find I move around more on this, which is good for me. I’m 5ft6 and the width of this is more than adequate for my stance. If you have a very wide stance it may not suit. Don’t be constrained with having it the ‘right’ way round, I use it sideways and vary which area I have at the front and back. It’s pretty sturdy and hopefully will last long. I have a vey short pile carpet and this does move around a bit, but not enough that I’m sliding around dangerously, just that after some moving around on it I find that I’ve actually moved along the floor a bit too! Might be quite slippery on laminate flooring? Happy feet and legs so far

My standing time has dramatically increased
A year of working from home due to the pandemic has resulted in some extra luggage on my thighs, tummy, rump, etc. I have a desk I can crank into a standing position but found that my feet were getting tired after 15 minutes on the hardwood floors. Any time I thought "I could stand up for my next meeting" I would immediately think "yeah, but then my feet will hurt". No degree of memory foam slippers (crucial pandemic wear) made any difference. Since I started using the mat, I'm finding that I spend most of the day standing rather than sitting which according to my Apple Watch nag messages, is good for me. And my hips feel SO MUCH BETTER for it. I've had both hip replaced and get quite stiff/painful if in any one position for too long. The mat has lots of nifty bumps, balls, ledges, and whatnot to keep you constantly shifting position. In one week, I've lost just over a kilo. Hopefully be the time we go back to the office, I'll be able to fit into my professional cloths again. Much rather spend £62 on a standing mat then have to invest in a new wardrobe (not to mention the soul crushing experience of clothing shopping...no thanks).
