useful and fab!!
you dont realise how useful this is until your lying on your back in the gym trying to stretch your calf muscles without it, then you wonder how any old guy can stretch without one. The longer one can tie ones own shoelaces the longer one remains independent and with some dignity:-) throw it in the wash when it needs it, its never slips or breaks. I buy them as gifts for other oldies.

Grande sangle de yoga verte
Je suis très contente de cette sangle : grande, large, légère. Le système de boucle en plastique est très pratique et semble solide.Mais pourquoi avoir autant augmenté son prix : de 5,89€ le 30 juillet 2018 à plus de 10€ en quelques jours ?!?
