Tasty, good value
As this is the first matcha powder I have tried, I can't make taste comparisons. However I can say I enjoy the taste of this product. It felt a but pricey for such a small pack. But since a serving of matcha is actually quite small, there is much more there than you would think. There are over 40 servings. The pack comes with a teaspoon measuring spoon inside. My initial thought was that is quite useful. However, in thinking about it more, I'm not sure I like it. Yes, it is convenient. But it is also something that will probably end up thrown away as there are only so many measuring spoons you need. So, extra waste.I add this to oatmeal. To do so, I mix it in with the boiling milk. I haven't had any concerns with clumping or difficulty mixing.

I love this very matcha!
I had been scouting for a decently priced matcha powder for a while and this one was a great find! The flavor is smooth and it dissolves fairly easily. I really like it overall and also love how it comes with a little scooper which allows me to perfectly measure out my matcha everyday. I know that not everybody is a fan of the way matcha tastes, but I would definitely recommend it as a superior alternative to coffee. It manages to keep me energized perfectly through the day without that horrible mid-day caffeine crash. All in all, I love baahtcha and I look forward to purchasing this again!

Great product - packaging could be improved
I've been adding matcha green tea powder to my morning iced tea for quite a few years, and the Baatcha brand is by far my favorite. None of the matchas taste wonderful, so I mix it into my iced tea mix with lemon juice and lots of ice and it goes down very easily. A lot of people bake and cook with matcha, but I haven't done much of that. I work with kids, so having a strong immune system is mandatory, and (knocking on the wood on my desk) I haven't had a cold or any illnesses for quite some time. I had been adding just a half teaspoon of matcha to my tea, but with the COVID-19 situation, I have increased it to a teaspoon. This matcha dissolves better in water than the others I have tried, although it is helpful to stir it a few times unless you drink it right down all at once. Otherwise, you often end up with "sludge" at the bottom of the glass.I mentioned the packaging above in my title because there is a fold in the bottom of the pouch and the powder collects in it. I end up putting the rest of the matcha in a small bowl to make it easier to use, but the powder is very fine and I always lose some of it in the process. Also, a teaspoon-size plastic spoon is included in every pouch, so I'm getting quite a collection of them. I'd rather have another serving or two of matcha instead of all of these spoons, most of which will go in the garbage and I hate waste. The matcha itself is great!

Organic Matcha Tea
Good flavor, mixes nicely. I like a little sweetness, honey or agave

Best matcha out there
I am a big fan of matcha and drink it every morning since I gave up coffee. This brand has the best flavor and price, especially for organic! The ceremonial grade is a little milder and mixes in more completely than the culinary one, but for a culinary grade this is far better than other brands. No bitterness, no weird aftertaste. It actually tastes like tea, with a little earthy, green undertone. No jitters, no crash. Highly recommend!

This brand taught me the meaning of "low-grade"
I am a phd student, so I try to save money whenever I can. Up until this point, I have bought matcha powder from grocery stores. The grocery store brands seemed fine, but I assumed they represented the lowest end of the market since they are fairly cheap. I knew people talked about the variations in matcha, but I figured people were just being picky. Then I bought Baahtcha. When I opened the bag, I could smell the difference immediately. Instead of smelling earthy tones, the powder smelled like damp, dirty clothes. I took a spoonful out and could see that instead of looking green, the powder looked greyish yellow.Still, I thought, "okay, looks aren't everything," and I mixed up an iced latte and took a sip. The drink was so disgusting that I called my roommates down for a second opinion. They found the drink disgusting as well.I put the powder back in the pantry, thinking that I would try it again in a week or so (since maybe my opinion was biased since I had recently finished a bag of some very yummy matcha). A week went by, and I tried it again to the same effect.Maybe I just got a bad bag, but I would suggest trying a different brand.Side note: I bought a bag of Jade Leaf at the same time, and it was pretty yummy. Jade Leaf is a bit more expensive, so I plan to try some more brands before buying another bag.

Low Quality Matcha
It was okay, but immediately upon opening the package, I could tell it was very low quality matcha, because of the brownish hue to the powder. It wasn't a bright green, which would indicate that it is a high-quality matcha. Given the expensive cost of this, I was a bit disappointed in the low quality of this. The teaspoon scoop was nice, though.
