I have a square grid nonstick cooling rack I use for cooling but you can't use those in the oven and I like to bake my bacon to keep a clean kitchen. The problem is you can't fit a pound of bacon on a half sheet baking pan so I bought this. This is great because you can stack three layers of bacon now. It fits the normal "home baking sheet" size which is great for the average user but I like to use official half sheet pans, they're the thick aluminum ones you'd see in a restaurant or commercial kitchen. So, these are a little small for that but it gives me a little extra padding in case some of the bacon hangs over the edge so not a huge deal. I'm not sure I would use these for cooling since I mainly make cookies and I like to make chewy cookies and have found that this style will allow the cookies to sink in between each rung on the rack making some funny looking cookies. For cooling I prefer to use the grid style racks with ~1/2" squares so the cookies have a lot of support. For cleaning, just stick them in the dishwasher, which is great because it makes cleaning up bacon grease a breeze. P.S. The picture shows a pound of bacon so adding the third rack I could do two pounds or pushing them a little closer together I could probably squeeze two pounds on three racks. (I like bacon)

Sturdy even when stacked 8 high

These stainless steel racks are very well-built out of stainless steel. They set on top of one another and can be adjusted either with the legs extended or folded underneath for two different heights. This came in very handy while oven-drying tomatoes. By adjusting the lowest rack in the lower position, three more racks could be set on top, allowing enough clearance to place four racks in my wall oven at one time. They also can be used as cooling racks (very useful when making larger batches of holiday cookies) that take up much less counter space. They were nicely packaged and arrived early and undamaged. Very satisfied.

My search for a good rack has been very frustrating, too many are not solid stainless or are very flimsy. This one is very nice, solid construction. Clearly all stainless, and good heavy gauge wire. The only drawbacks are slight warpage and I had to file off a few sharp edges on wire. Overall, way better than most. I would buy this again. I did NOT receive this product in exchange for my "unbiased" review! I paid full price and feel free to speak my mind!

I have used these type of stacking racks for decades but somehow during a major cleanup and clear out of my house by my adult children and a few friends (my husband died suddenly and everyone was here to help) all but one of my old collapsible cooling racks disappeared. I ordered these as replacements just before Christmas cookie making time. They worked very well and cleaned up nicely after use. They are heavier and more substantial than my previously owned racks, which is fine just unexpected. Being more substantial will be very helpful when they are used to cool heavy laden pie pans.

I bought these hoping the measurement of width at 14.5 was accurate as I was searching for racks to use for dehydrating in my Ninja Foodi XL Pro Air Oven and that is the exact width I needed to fit and slide in properly. I bought the 4 tier as my machine has 4 slots for racks. I was not disappointed. After taking the feet off each rack by carefully opening the loops and sliding them off, the racks slide in my machine perfectly. I bought some non stick silicone dehydrating mats cheap on amazon as well to cut to size and now I'm able to use my machine for a good air flow dehydration. I got tired of trying to get my hands on the coveted dehydration kit for my machine and started getting creative. I can even put parchment on top of these if needing for dehydrating more of a mash or syrup. So happy I took the chance and my idea panned out. Just wanted to share in case there's any others out there with the same machine looking for solutions. These racks are great quality as well and if they hadn't fit in my machine I would still have kept them and used them for their original purpose. Great product, very happy customer here!!!

I rarely review a product but I absolutely love this product. It has transformed my life. With only a small kitchen I used to have to distribute cooking racks round the house. Now all my baking is in one small space. Easy to clean and fairly easy to store. We put it in a carrier bag. What a brilliant invention. Thank you!

Easy to store because the legs fold in, easy to stack and clean, only down side might be that the height between the racks when stacked is not high enough for deeper pie plates otherwise a great product. I ordered a second set.

What's to dislike? Brilliant product. Great quality - first class stainless steel, chrome finish. Stacks beautifully if needed or can be used individually. Easy to clean. Highly recommend to anyone cooking/baking in a small space as the stack-ability of this item is space friendly.
