Does thus fit all ryker models? 2020 ACE?

Yes it does. Sometimes you have to work it a bit. I initially had problems with lining up one of the bolts. Mine is on a 2019 Ryker 600 ACE.

Do u need to the cross member to install the max mount

I do not understand your question. Please reread what you said. I did purchase this max mount for my Can Am Ryker. You need the Max Mount to install the aftermarket for driver and passenger seat.
