Used these pillows to stuff my 17x17 pillow covers. They worked perfectly. They arrived vacuum sealed and pretty flat. Popped then in the dryer for a little bit and they puffed right up! Extremely happy with the feel of these pillows.

So happy with these! I purchased 4 of these 18"x18" inserts for my 18"x18" outdoor pillows. Unlike most pillow inserts, the GREAT thing about these inserts is that they have zippers! I prefer my pillows a little more full so I purchased a bag of Poly-Fil here in Amazon and added some more stuffing to the inserts. Just wish they made them in other sizes because they're perfect!

I have mixed feelings about this personalized “no humans on the couch” pillow. My favorite aspect was adding my pets’ names. However, when the pillow is propped up, the names are so low that you can’t read them. This is disappointing. Also, I would have preferred a slightly less slippery fabric, but I did expect that at this price point. I do love the modern look of the simplistic font. This is a fun conversation starter. People notice it and make little comments. I think this pillow cover would look better and more sleek with a poly insert. My feather pillows leave it looking and feeling a little bumpy. I have washed and dried it on low, and it came out fine. This adds a nice modern, graphic element to a room.

I bought these pillows based on glowing customer reviews. Just received them and completely disappointed and unimpressed. While packaged great, and plumped up nicely after opening, they have zero cushion factor, it's like putting your head on a pillow case of cheap cotton balls. When you lie your head on not one, but two pillows, you should not feel your head is directly on the hard couch arm (this is with cushion covers on as well). Having paid up per pillow, I would have expected better. Returning immediately and purchasing something else.

I love this pillow case but I was disappointed that it was textured and not smooth like it looks in the picture. So it's not very comfortable. And the print isn't as vivid and dark like in the pictures. It's more faded looking. Still love it, still looks great. Just wasn't what I expected.

Bought it for an eighteen by eighteen pillow cover and i have been up and down with my review. It did fluff after removing from packaging although it took several days. It does fit into an 18x18 Sham/pillow cover but not a nice full, plump look. After company sat on the couch and rested their backs against the pillow, it was flat. Still after several days it had not fluffed. I will not order again after having time to actually see them in use. Too bad because they are a good price.

I order the color description "white w/letters" but received a a tan burlap instead. Waited patiently for weeks for the seller to respond regarding the issue. Instead they sent me messages saying "nobody else has had this problem and it's a pillowcase". Really?! I know it's a pillowcase it's the color that's the problem. I've said this over and over to them. I shop Amazon a lot and this is by far the worst customer service experience I've had with any seller.

I saw a reviews of other saying this pillow did not fluff up after coming rolled up but for me that's not true. Knowing that others had a problem with it fluffing up I simply unrolled it and placed it in my dryer on air fluff mode for about maybe 3 or 5 minutes. When I removed it it was really fluffed up. It's not a very hard pillow it's almost like a regular bed pillow just smaller. I bought it as an insert not to use the cover that's already on it, if you were using the cover that's already on it it's not a great texture. Works perfectly with the 18 by 18 pillow cover that I bought also on Amazon. I can't speak of durability since I've just received it but it seems fine.
